To determine what level to enrol a student into
Target age 3 years or older
Splash and Swim
A parent/baby class for babies aged 3-6 months
Target age 3 to 5 months
Aquababies 1
This class is for all baby swimmers new to the program. It is designed to teach the parent the triggers, holds, and other safety aspects used within classes to seamlessly transistion into the correct age group.

Level 1
Level 1 is about safe entry and exit in the water, with basic foundations to be further developed.
Target age 5 years or older
Level 2
Level 2 is about being pulled to safety and the development of basic foundations including the early stages of the freestyle stroke.
Target age 5 years or older
Level 3
Level 3 includes perfoming survivial sculling on your back float and the continuation of freestyle to include breathing.

Level 4
Level 4 is about the importance of water safety and learning additional strokes such as backstroke and survival backstroke.

Level 5
Level 5 develops an understanding of the elements in being water safe, whilst extending your backstroke skills. It also includes the introduction of breaststroke.

Level 6
Level 6 means you can complete a competitive swimming dive as well as gain the ability to swim a complete 50 metres of freestyle.

Level 7
Level 7 includes the skill of egg-beater kick used in water polo whilst extending swimming and survival abilities.

Level 8
Level 8 develops good judgement in water safety while learning the skill of sidestroke.

Level 9
Level 9 includes the skill of competitive tumble-turns and learning the basic principles of resuscitation.
Target age 5 years or older
Level 10
Level 10 links the skills of swimming, diving and treading water needed when in open water.
Target age 5 years or older
Level 11
Level 11 includes the use of a personal floatation device while extending swimming and survival abilities.
Target age 5 years or older
Level 12
Level 12 includes what to do when escaping from a capsized boat while extending swimming and survival abilities.

Level 13
Level 13 develops the skills and knowledge of safe water rescues and survival as well as extending distance on all strokes.
