  14. Level 1Level 1 is about safe entry and exit in the water, with basic foundations to be further developed.Target age 5 years or older
  15. Level 2Level 2 is about being pulled to safety and the development of basic foundations including the early stages of the freestyle stroke.Target age 5 years or older
  16. Level 3Level 3 includes perfoming survivial sculling on your back float and the continuation of freestyle to include breathing.Target age 5 years or older
  17. Level 4Level 4 is about the importance of water safety and learning additional strokes such as backstroke and survival backstroke.Target age 5 years or older
  18. Level 5Level 5 develops an understanding of the elements in being water safe, whilst extending your backstroke skills. It also includes the introduction of breaststroke.Target age 5 years or older
  19. Level 6Level 6 means you can complete a competitive swimming dive as well as gain the ability to swim a complete 50 metres of freestyle.Target age 5 years or older
  20. Level 7Level 7 includes the skill of egg-beater kick used in water polo whilst extending swimming and survival abilities.Target age 5 years or older
  21. Level 8Level 8 develops good judgement in water safety while learning the skill of sidestroke.Target age 5 years or older
  22. Level 9Level 9 includes the skill of competitive tumble-turns and learning the basic principles of resuscitation.Target age 5 years or older
  23. Level 10Level 10 links the skills of swimming, diving and treading water needed when in open water.Target age 5 years or older
  24. Level 11Level 11 includes the use of a personal floatation device while extending swimming and survival abilities.Target age 5 years or older
  25. Level 12Level 12 includes what to do when escaping from a capsized boat while extending swimming and survival abilities.Target age 5 years or older
  26. Level 13Level 13 develops the skills and knowledge of safe water rescues and survival as well as extending distance on all strokes.
  27. Junior Lifeguard ClubFor swimmers over the age of 8 and have completed Level 10Target age 8 years or older

  29. Adult IntermediateTarget age 16 years or older
  30. Dolphin ProgramOnline enrolment is NOT available. Enrolments can only be made or moved by the Swim School team.
